To celebrate the renaming of DIFX to NASDAQ Dubai this ceremonial event was held at the Dubai International Financial Centre. Attended by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, Dr. Omar Bin Sulaiman, Governor of DIFC as well as many other high ranking officials, the event was staged in a highly corporate set up with a magnitude of technical support for an event of this calibre.

The opening bell ceremony, one of the most televised events in the world, was broadcast live from DIFC to Times Square in New York and around the globe. The satellite link between Dubai and the Market Tower in New York was facilitated and managed by The Bridge and was one of the many services we provide for our clients on a regular basis.
