Working in partnership with London design agency KBW Ltd, The Bridge created a series of PR and press events for Masdar Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company during the recent World Future Energy Summit in Abu Dhabi. The Bridge designed, created and coordinated the WFES tour for 100 international energy press at three areas inside Masdar City, as well as constructed impressive viewing platforms and facilities at each site overlooking the developments. The tour was followed by a VIP press conference with full technical production at Le Royal Meridien hotel and attendance from senior officials. Guests were then moved to the stunning Emirates Palace Hotel for a special Arabic themed dinner on the event terrace, over looking the water. Attended by Sultan Al Jaber, CEO, ADFEC, Mr Khaled Awad, Director of Property Development, Masdar Initiative, as well as a number of international dignitaries, guests mixed and mingled to the live sounds of the Kamal Mussalam band and a were enthralled by a live sand artist animation, who depicted Masdar City and the future of Abu Dhabi across a giant video wall.

The Bridge was also pleased to assist with the event management for the Masdar exhibition stand at the World Future Energy Summit exhibition, ADNEC this month. The onstand management for the huge 1,025sqm space included the provision of a number of resources including staffing and hospitality, uniforms, food and beverage conceptualisation & management, floristry and greenery arrangement, logistical support, event photography and live videography. The event was attended by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler of the UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, and also the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia Sultan bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud as well as many other local and international dignitaries.
